PROFILE
X-Cel Tooling puts forth a devoted effort to maintain
the leading edge in die design and tooling technology. Our
Design/Engineering Department uses integrated CAD/CAM as a foundation to
provide various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with the

The integrated CAD/CAM system employed by X-Cel Tooling
ensures total replaceability of all die components,
along with quick turnaround.
ANNUAL
SALES: Our annual sales are approximately $11 million.
Our sales base involves CAD/CAM design
and build of tooling with difficult process applications for the various
industries. Our product group sales is
95% progressive, auto/hand transfer and line dies.

FACILITIES:
Our plant size is 62,000 square feet; 54,000 square feet devoted to our
tooling manufacturing and assembly.
OUR
TEAM: X-Cel Tooling employs fifty-two (52) people,
including eight (8) full-time Design Engineers and twenty-four (24)
full-time Tool Makers, Tooling Machinists, and Machine Operators. Our
plant operates on a three (3) shift basis - with our primary being the
first shift.

Our products are verified and analyzed by our Quality
Assurance Department, which has complete inspections and SPC reporting
capabilities. X-Cel Tooling is proud to acknowledge that we have been a
recipient of the Q1 Quality Award from Ford Motor Company and retain
the status of a long-term, full-service supplier. Also, we are an ISO
9001:2000 registered and ISO 14001 registered firm.
